We design AI chatbots that work.

It’s like having ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini but specifically limited to knowledge of your own business.

They can be installed on your website as a popup, on a dedicated webpage, as a link from your support link. They are totally flexible.

They can incorporate your colour scheme and your branding.

They will always act professionally and are available 24 hours per day.

Purpose:

The purpose of an AI chatbot is to answer questions about your business asked by clients and customers or potential clients and customers. An AI chatbot can also answer questions from other interested parties including employees.

It could be product knowledge or recommendations, customer support queries, staff queries, for example HR questions. Each answer the AI chatbot gives saves someone from having to give that answer. This saves time and effort. An AI chatbot has infinite patience. It can answer the same question millions of times – even boring questions like “What is your address?”, or “How do I install <your product>?”

There is no limit to the questions that can be asked or any nature, as long as they relate to your business and the purpose of the AI chatbot.

Why is this positive?

The AI chatbot will give consistent answers. It doesn’t need to be trained like a new employee would require. All your company knowledge is managed and stored in a safe environment so it can be managed and updated easily.

Training the AI Chatbot:

Our AI chatbots can be trained via information on your website and other sources, such as user manuals, or policies and procedures. They can also be given knowledge of your business via your own documents and spreadsheets and via PDFs. You have complete control over the information that the AI chatbot has access to and add or remove knowledge that is no longer or is more relevant.

While in use we give you the facility to monitor all questions asked by visitors to your website and all answers given. Where the answer given by the AI chatbot is not perfect you can write up a better answer which will be submitted to the AI chatbot for further training – we call it fine-tuning. As more questions are asked and you do more fine-tuning, the AI chatbot will have more and better knowledge of your business and answers will continually be improved.

Other Features:

Interact with users

The chatbot can also interact with users. For example, the user can choose “Send a message to a call centre agent” and the chatbot will ask the user to fill in a form with Name and Email address and instantly send an email to someone in your company who can reply.

Interface to other systems

Alternatively the users could ask if there is stock of a particular product and the AI bot could interrogate your stock control system to get a stock count of a particular item. It could check a reservation at a restaurant or seating on an airline.

Programmable logic (expert systems)

In this environment the chatbot can ask specific questions and depending on the answers given ask a different set of questions. Examples range from loan finance applications, to troubleshooting a car that will not start.

Stats:

You can see usage of the chatbot, ie how many questions are asked each day, or each month.
